Today the weather was absolutely perfect. From the hotel in Munich this morning I could see the Alps in the distance and the leaves are all changing to their fall colors. The drive from Munich to Zurich through Austria and by Lake Constance was beautiful all the way. When I arrived back to Zurich I could see the Alps in the distance for the first time since I have been here. What a nice surprise!

Hard to beat Zurich. Great city. Quite a way from the Hill, eh? Safe travels....
I heard about the snow. How beautiful, what a great shot! You know what is sort of odd.. I can walk out to the ocean and see the mountains full of snow like that too.. It's just that those mountains are the Olympic range (or so as I remember)..
