Jersey?

Sometimes when I'm bored on the tram, I look around at the fake-n-bake ladies and the gold chains and mullets on the boys and the feathered hair and acid washed jeans on the girls and wonder...

Is Basel the New Jersey of Europe?

No offense intended, I grew up in Philly in the 80s and I hope Mom and Dad never post the pictures. It's just an observation.

Mrs. TBF and I were on the bus last night and we noticed that every single woman on the bus (except for her) had died, jet-black hair. Plus, I'd say that the average age of these ladies was something like 65 years old.
What's up with that?
FYI...blogger get-together at Zum Braunen Mutz on Sunday, January 14th starting at noon.

bah! i know the look you're talking about, it's plentiful up here in cologne too. :-) you almost expect someone to start belting out bon jovi's early hits.

Sorry. I meant "dyed"...

I think you meant to say South Philly of Europe. Clearly Joisey Girls are known for big hair with bangs, Guess jeans and gum. You can take the girl out of Jersey but you cant take the gum out of her mouth. I dont think Basel has highway exit numbers does it?

haha - I just laugh at it. More entertainment for your ride to where ever you might be going...

However one thing that I still can't seem to believe, these women like dying their hair just because. Not because they are like most women and want to wash away their grey.... somehow I just don't believe that!
